Central Park

It was one of those March days when the sun shines hot and the wind blows cold: when it is summer in the light, and winter in the shade. —Charles Dickens

I took this photo in Central Park in NY in the early part of March a few years back. Every time I look at it I feel the particular chilliness that comes with the start of spring which that Charles Dickens quote fully encapsulates.

Happy March to you, friends.  I am looking forward to the newness of spring and the transition to longer days that this month brings with it.
